Traci is President of the West Region for AMLI Residential and has been with AMLI since 1990.   She oversees the TX, CA, and WA markets, comprising approx. 40 communities and 13k apartments.   She currently serves as the Past President for the Texas Apartment Association and has served on the executive committee for TAA since 2008. Traci is also an active member of the National Apartment Association, chairing the Operations Committee for the 2015-2016 term and Chair of the Lease Advisory Committee in 2019.   She currently serves on the NAA Board of Directors and holds the position of RVP for Region 6. She served as the President of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County in 2011 and has been a member of the AATC Board of Directors since 2007.  

Her accolades include being awarded the Frank P. Finch Presidential Award in 2014 by the Texas Apartment Association and the Outstanding Leadership Award/Megan McCadden Leadership Lyceum Scholarship in 2009 by the National Apartment Association. She is a member of IREM, Toastmasters and is a graduate of the AATC & NAA Leadership Lyceum. In addition, Traci served as the Apartment Association of Kansas City President from 2001- 2003 and served as an RVP for Region 5 on the NAA Board of Directors from 2004-2005.
