Marcia Bollinger is the Sr Vice President for Apartments.com, Multifamily, CoStar.  Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network of 12 internet websites for the past eight years to the largest Internet Listing Service (ILS) supporting the apartment industry across the USA.  Marcia commanded the successful integration of acquisitions, as well as grew the core business to build an incredible multifamily platform that assists millions of consumers in finding their apartment home.  Her passions are strengthening industry relationships, exceeding client expectations, building customer relationships and ensuring employee teams are successful and happy.  

Marcia has spent over 40 years focusing on local apartment lead generation tactics, connecting consumers to apartment communities, therefore, supporting on site teams with leases that drive the financial health of the multifamily industry.  Marcia was on the team to develop the very first digital internet platform for apartment communities in the late 90’s.   Marcia has been at the forefront of many new digital marketing initiatives with innovative methodologies and virtual communications that enhance apartment management companies marketing efforts.

Marcia won the first-ever National Apartment Association’s 2003 NSC Paragon Award and was the first recipient of the National Apartment Association NSC Victor Award, for her strong commitment to the multi-family industry.   Marcia earned the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designation in the initial class of instruction.    In 2016, Marcia received the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award for her many years of dedication and service to the multifamily industry.
