As Fractional COO, Kimberly provides comprehensive consultative services for owners and developers of Active Adult 55+ age restricted multifamily properties.  Kimberly has more than 25 years of experience in the senior housing industry with more than 15 years in leadership positions in Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Asset Management.  In these roles, she has crossed the spectrum of senior housing product types including active adult/55+, independent living, assisted living, and higher levels of care including full service and entry fee continuing care retirement communities.  

Kimberly earned her B.S. degree in Human Resource management from Friends University in Wichita, KS and an MBA from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.  She has been a speaker at several industry conferences on investing in and leasing up age-restricted 55+ multifamily assets.  

Kimberly’s clients with current Active Adult projects include Avenida Partners, LLC, a real estate developer of more than a dozen Class A 55+ apartment communities, SofMac Partners, a major investor in Active Adult communities developed in partnership with Greystar, and Artemis Real Estate Partners.
