Aaron Glick is a Managing Director for Loyalty & Rewards for Greystar. He is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative and best-in-class loyalty and rewards strategies to enhance Greystar’s brand and attract more renters worldwide. Aaron sits within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and is a key part of Greystar becoming more consumer centric.
Aaron brings more than 20 years of loyalty, analytics, and partnerships experience and a successful track record of driving customer growth for elite hospitality and retail brands, including Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Hilton. Prior to joining Greystar, Aaron led the customer loyalty strategy, member insights, and credit card partnerships team for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. This included launching a new, cross-brand loyalty program that grew to 13 million members (80% of their customer base) and led to new partnerships with Capital One and Visa.
Aaron is based in San Francisco and is a graduate The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics.
